 Veggie Pizza with Cauliflower Crust

This scrumptious, veggie-packed, cauliflower crust pizza is a wholesome choice that can make your style buds say WOW!

 

INGREDIENTS
½ medium head of cauliflower (4 cups of small florets)

2 ½ tablespoons chia seeds

¼ cup water

1/3 cup oat flour

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup pizza sauce

1 cup your favourite cheese

Greens of your alternative

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment and put aside. In a small bowl, whisk collectively chia seeds and water, then refrigerate for half-hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 450° F. Place cauliflower florets within the bowl of a meals processor and pulse till finely chopped. Place cauliflower combination right into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
