Week 6, Day 1
Joint mobility/Primal Transfer
5 rounds:
- 20 secs leaping rope
- 10 secs relaxation
- 20 sec push ups
- 10 sec of relaxation
3×5 again lunges with rotation
3×3 rack squats, per aspect
3×3 swated navy press, per aspect
5×5 pullover crunches
5×20 sec bicycles
