Kettlebell Exercise: Cycle 11, Week 6

Welcome to the Kettlebell exercise from coach Dini Leopoldo. Two new exercises are posted every week and might be performed on any day you will have accessible. Be sure you heat up adequately earlier than beginning any of those exercises!

 

Week 6, Day 1

Joint mobility/Primal Transfer

 

 

5 rounds:

  • 20 secs leaping rope
  • 10 secs relaxation
  • 20 sec push ups
  • 10 sec of relaxation

 

3×5 again lunges with rotation

 

3×3 rack squats, per aspect
3×3 swated navy press, per aspect

 

5×5 pullover crunches
5×20 sec bicycles

 

Stretch

 

Week 6, Day 2

Joint mobility/Primal Transfer

 

2×20 sec excessive planks
2×10 push ups
2×25 swings

 

5×10 snatches L/R

 

3×5 goblet squats
3×3 pull ups

 

 

3×15 aspect crunches, per aspect
3×15 knee tucks
3×15 hip hops

 

Stretch
