The third cycle of the Gymnastics Exercises will concentrate on development with repetition. What makes a gymnast so good at their sport is repetition of abilities. To grow to be higher and stronger at a specific talent, it’s essential work that talent regularly. On this cycle we will probably be concentrating on a couple of abilities that we are going to repeat each week.
